The Museum founded in Roddi is a grateful thought not only towards the ancestors but also towards all those who linked their destiny to the truffle.

Photos, paintings and truffle-hunter's tools are exhibited in this museum. Besides, you can look up in a rich library about the truffle.

Even typical products of the area are on sale.

- Truffle products: tuma (cheese), tajarin (egg pasta), rice, p�t�, bacon, anchovies;

- Selection of Piedmontese honey; acacia, flower essences, chestnut and lime;

- Jam with no added sugar;

- Typical wines of the Langhe hills made by small and selected producers: Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Arneis;

- The real hazelnut cake from Cortemilia, the area of the DOP-hazelnut (Protected Designation of Origin). .
